- Identify and report correct fall protection methods and techniques in line with legislation.
- Assess risk and develop safe procedures for work activities at height, including rescue.
- Conduct independent work at height audits and safety checks against recommended criteria.

SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND PROCEDURES |
- Audit Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems to OHSAS18001, specialising in Work at Height issues.
- Review & develop Safe Procedures of Work to control height-related activities in line with legislation, standards and audit requirements.
- Review and develop strategic work at height issues relating to the Company Health and Safety Policy and its implementation.

INSTALLATIONS AND WORK EQUIPMENT |
- Risk asess routes, work platforms and work sites presenting height-related hazards.
- Audit or report the sufficiency of all protection installations and work equipment against British and European Standards and provide recommendations.
- Present optimum solutions to eliminate or mitigate hazards in line with the The Work at Height Regulations 2005 and the The Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.

HEIGHT SAFETY COMPETENCE AND CULTURE |
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis relating to safe work at height, including access and egress.
- Provide Management Briefings and practical, hands-on Employee Training and Assessment.
- Conduct safety culture research and change programmes.
- Develop and Assess experienced employees so as to achieve The Work at Height Trainer Standard which contributes compliance toward BS8454.
